Paulette Neil has a multidimensional legal practice which covers civil and commercial litigation, employment disputes, conveyancing transactions and commercial law.
Paulette was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and joined the Firm in 2017 where she single-handedly oversees the Firm’s Montego Bay office.
Prior to joining DunnCox, Paulette oversaw and managed a branch of a Jamaican firm and gained experience in areas such as employment law, civil litigation, personal injury, divorce and family law. Paulette also gained experience in the area of property law while holding the position of Regional Branch Manager for a private land management company whose main function related to obtaining Registered Titles for its customers.
Throughout Paulette’s studies she has held executive positions on student bodies and was actively engaged in outreach activities. Paulette is currently a member of the Cornwall Bar Association and The Jamaica Bar Association. Paulette is also a Director of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Paulette has acted as instructing counsel in civil and commercial litigation matters including the acquisition of interim injunctions in the Supreme Court of Jamaica, defended personal injury claims in the Supreme Court of Jamaica against corporate entities; lead counsel in the negotiation of settlement of high value personal injury claims.
Negotiated terms and conditions for the finalization of commercials deeds including Joint Venture Agreements, Partnership Agreements and Commercial Leases.
Advising international and local corporate entities on labour laws and practices in Jamaica. Providing training to the staff of various corporate entities to aid with the compliance of local labour laws.
