Pauline A. Findlay

Senior Partner

Pauline is a Partner and head of the firm’s Conveyancing Department.

Pauline Findlay’s primary area of practice is real estate and mining law with a special interest in taxation. Pauline has significant experience representing mostly private clients, real estate developers and institutional mining clients in relation to their land acquisition matters.

Pauline became a partner of the firm in 1989 and is a trained Alternative Dispute Resolution mediator certified for the Supreme Court and a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Chartered Institute for Arbitrators.
Pauline sits on the board of the Wolmer’s Trust and is Chairman of the Wolmer’s Board of Management. She served as a director of the Genesis Academy for students with special needs, and on several public sector boards.
