Privatisation and Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
In recent years, DunnCox has acted for the Government of Jamaica in a number of privatisation and PPP transactions of national importance, including the divestment of Government-owned sugar estates, the lease and concession of Kingston Container Terminal, the divestment of the Petroleum Company of Jamaica Limited, and the privatisation of the horse racing facilities at Caymanas Park.
