Kymberly Hanniford

Associate

Kymberly is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

She has experience representing clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, including contract litigation, negligence claims, employment matters, land disputes and probate claims. Her practice includes appearances before the Supreme Court, Parish Courts, and the Industrial Disputes Tribunal.

She provides end-to-end legal representation from the initial stages of litigation through to trial and resolution to both private and institutional clients.

Her practice also involves advising clients on employment law, statutory compliance, and data protection issues, and regularly prepares pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements. Kymberly prides herself on a practical approach, attention to detail, and strong written advocacy.

She holds an LLB with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies.
Kymberly is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School and was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2020.

She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
