Kristopher A. Brown
Kristopher Brown’s practice covers civil and commercial litigation with a focus on personal injury matters, contractual disputes, debt collection, family law, employment law and industrial relations.
While at the Norman Manley Law School, Kristopher was an executive member of various committees and upon completion, he received the Richard Wayne Lee Memorial Prize for his involvement in students’ activities, student welfare, and interest in the Law School.
Kristopher Brown was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department.
He is a recipient of the Governor General’s Achievement Award for the parish of Clarendon for excellence in leadership, community service and academics. Kristopher has a passion for helping others and has formed mentorship programmes to assist students in their academic development. He does significant work with the Rotary Club of New Kingston and participates in other various community outreach programmes in Kingston and Clarendon.
Kristopher was appointed an Ambassador of the Governor General’s I Believe Initiative which is a value-based programme aimed at inspiring and motivating Jamaicans to believe in their potential and to contribute to building a prosperous and peaceful nation.
Kristopher has lectured CAPE Law at the Pre-University School (Pre-UWI) and is a past member of the Jamaica Youth Chorale and the University of the West Indies Chorale.
