Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies and her Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School. She was called to the Jamaican Bar in January 2016. Kelly also holds a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from York University covering international commercial law issues including tax structures used in cross-border commercial transactions, financing for international transactions, compliance with trade treaties, various aspects of international commercial arbitration, E-commerce and intellectual property. She is a member of the Jamaica Bar Association and also has a Bachelors of Science in Marine Biology and Zoology (double major).

As a member of the Firm’s Commercial Department Kelly provides advice to local and overseas clients on a broad array of commercial matters including issues related to competition law, franchising agreements, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, obtaining work permits and other immigration issues, transfer pricing, protection of trademarks and copyright and corporate due diligence, as well as corporate secretarial and conveyancing matters.
