Jana Griffiths

Associate

Jana is currently an Associate in the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department.

In Jana’s commercial practice she has experience in drafting commercial contracts and leases, intellectual property registration and maintenance, and providing corporate secretarial services to public and private companies. She has also assisted companies with real estate transactions, internal policy development regarding the Data Protection Act, and due diligence procedures associated with a range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and winding up.

Jana holds both a bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a masters in corporate and commercial law (LLM) from the University of the West Indies and is a graduate of the Normal Manley Law School. She is also a part of the Commercial Law subcommittee of the Jamaican Bar Association.
