In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, DunnCox is taking steps aimed at protecting its members, clients and service providers. Accordingly, DunnCox is implementing social distancing plans (including working remotely) for its personnel.
Beginning on March 13, 2020 and continuing until circumstances allow for reversion to our usual manner of conducting business, persons who are not Attorneys, employees or approved service providers of DunnCox are asked not to visit our Kingston or Montego Bay offices.
DunnCox remains committed to providing continued services and representation of its clients during this period. Therefore, the use of communication facilities by way of telephone, email or web-based meeting applications will be encouraged and fully facilitated. For in-person meetings that may occur off-site or where there is urgent need to do so, in office, we will refrain from shaking hands and any other type of person-to-person contact.
Notarization services requiring the physical attendance of clients will be suspended for this period of time.
Where it is not possible for documents to be exchanged only in an electronic form, a drop-off facility at our offices with appropriate acknowledgment of receipt will be arranged.
We hope that the measures we are implementing along with the efforts of the wider community in which we operate will contribute to the containment of the COVID-19 virus so that our preferred manner of doing business can be resumed in a timely manner.
All are invited to get in touch with us by email or telephone.
